When can I expect to receive my order
Our items are in stock and can take up to 3 business days to process. Customers who selected "Free Standard Shipping" should expect to receive their orders within 5-6 business days from the date of purchase.

Do you ship internationally?
LtMobile.us ships internationally! Shipping prices may vary based on location. You will be able to see the applicable shipping charge reflected in your shopping cart, after you enter the shipping address, at checkout. Taxes and duties do not apply.
Why am I being charged extra by customs?
International taxes and duties are not included in your order and will need to be paid before delivery. The cost of duties and taxes are regulated by your country’s customs bureau and not determined or collected by LitMobile.us. For additional information on duties and taxes please see:
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Most items can be delivered to P.O. Boxes, however, there are some size limitations.
Do you ship to U.S. military bases?
are more than happy to ship items to military service members. Please know, that shipping fees are applicable towards orders shipped to overseas military bases.
Make sure you include the unit and box numbers, for APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses (if assigned). To prevent mail from entering foreign mail networks, do not include city or country names in APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses.
I received my tracking details, but it doesn’t show any movement, what should I do?
If it has been more than two days since your order has shipped and movement is not reflected on the shipper’s website or it has been more than 48 hours since the last tracking update, please contact us at info@litmobile.us for further assistance.
What should I do if the tracking website states my package was delivered, but I never received it?

Shipping Information
Stonewall Kitchen Corporate Headquarters is located in York, Maine, and we ship from our Distribution Center in nearby Dover, New Hampshire via United Parcel Service (UPS). Orders shipped via UPS can be tracked online while orders shipped via US Postal Service cannot be tracked.
Delivery
All in-stock orders are shipped ground and should be received within 7-10 business days unless specified otherwise, including “Free Shipping” items. Please note that all items on one order may arrive in separate packages on different days. When multiple shipping addresses are requested, delivery charges will be calculated per shipment. Please check all addresses carefully. Stonewall Kitchen guarantees delivery only to the addresses we are provided.
Expedited Delivery
All expedited orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the following business day. Expedited delivery options are available Monday-Friday for orders to the 48 contiguous states only. Saturday and Sunday are not considered delivery days. Expedited online orders are guaranteed for in-stock items only. Sorry, not all items are available for expedited delivery.
Additional Information
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico ship UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air or UPS Surepost. All shipments to the US Virgin Islands ship UPS Surepost ($15 surcharge applies). Shipments to a PO Box or APO/FPO ship via UPS Surepost.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Carriers
We use USPS for our US orders.
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Free shipping on orders over $75, under $75 a maximum shipping fee of $9.95 will be applied.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Where do we ship?
Color-Rare ships anywhere in the USA. For other countries, please contact us at info@colorare.us. Most of our US orders are sent from our fulfillement center in Ogdensburg, NY. Some items may be shipped from Ottawa, Canada.
Damage Claims
If a package arrives damaged, note the damage and email us immediately. If the driver is still present, ask that the damage be noted. This will expedite shipping claims. The carrier may wish to inspect the package before paying a claim. All claims must be made within 5 days after receipt of shipment. Save damaged merchandise and packing materials until claim is settled.
Discrepancies
Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival. Customers have 5 days from delivery to report any discrepancy between what was ordered and what was actually shipped.
Back Orders
Color Rare is committed to keeping an adequate supply of the products sold on its website. However, should a product be out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. In case that we are out of stock on all or part of your order we will notify you and let you know how long it will take approximately to fill the entire order. At that point you can let us know how you want us to proceed with your order.
